Our client is from US, Dupont company. He use the plastic filter tube netting to separate liquid and solid.

Problem & solution:
Client require the hole size is 5.5mm. They have serious requirement on filter rating. Yet the size is not big.
Our technical department had meeting to discuss it and at last they made several solution. Then they test again and again. At last it's successful.

Plastic filter tube is made with high accuracy of filter rating.

The plastic tube is made of HDPE, with flexibility and high strength.

The other one is plastic tube netting with smaller hole size.
